I tried to switch to a totally vegetable diet, and did so from April 15th or so to the 30th. It worked for the digestive part of me. I am not so sure I was getting the proper amount of protein, but today after I started back on meat yesterday, I have a high amount of gas. I will go back to veggies and study more on the subject. In fighting the depression, I think that veggies are the best.
