Yeast Yeast Yeast

I am convinced that I have yeast and mold in my body. As I investigate the symptoms, I am convinced that I am full of the mold that results from long term yeast infection.
I bought Linda Allen's ebook some time ago on this subject but I wasn't convinced then as I am now.  Different information has surfaced. So I am again into researching it.  The new info: mold is a form of yeast. Heavy metals hold mold to the body. I have lead in my body. I have symptoms of yeast and mold in my body.
I have just bought an ebook that I think really describes my situation well.
It is entitled "Cure YourYeast Infection the All Natural Way". It is written by Sarah and Robert Summer. Better laid out than Linda Allen's book. Linda's ebook is good, but the Summer book is laid out better, is more concise, and does this in about half the pages.
I was tested for yeast some time ago and the test came back negative. Those tests are not always accurate. Can't be. If it walks like a duck, quacks like one, well it is one until proven otherwise. I have it, all the symptoms and not in the vagina but in the gut. The digestive area. This is causing some of the depression.
I think that yeast and the mold that develops from a bad case of yeast can cause food allergies. I don't know this, just suspect it.
First fight the heavy metals in my body. I am adding more cilantro to my food. This plant will chelate-hold on to-the metals and pull them out. I have tried the chelators OSR and DSMA,  bentonite clay as well. All have done there business well. The DSMA almost too well. I was severely depressed for 3 or 4 days so that I was suicidal. The DSMA pulls the metal into the blood and circulates the stuff back through the system.
Once the levels of metals are down, then the stuff that I have to do to build the system up again will have a better effect.
Second, work on digestion. Probiotics, fiber, enzymes.

Ultimate Flora the probiotic

I have been looking into doing blood testing to determine what foods I am allergic to. Costly. I am now trying a new probotic (Ultimate Flora Adult formaula) to kill the yeast in my system. I have fungus on my skin, so I have it in my body as well. Yeast is a fungus, right? Well just after two days I feel better. So we will see. I have a nutritionist, but he did not even ask to see any skin problems I might have, or to catergorize the symptoms that I told him about that I had researched. Finally after a live blood microscopy that said I had it, he relented and put me on some stuff that I had tried before some months ago. That stuff did a little for me at that time, but not what this probiotic has done in about two days. And I have months to go. I think I will wait on the blood test for allergic food reactions and see what repairing my gut does.

Satsuma, that great family favorite

We have a high sugar fruit that has grown in my families yards for years. High in sugar and low in seeds, easy to peel. So great! Right!? Not for me apparently. I ate it with chocolate. A lot over three days, and, your guessed it, deep depression, popping ears, loss of balance, and all the other symptoms. So the yeast beast roared again. But this time a runny nose came in as well. A new symptom.

(Turns out I am allergic to citrus, chocolate.-editor)

Chocolate

I can not handle chocolate. Apparently it triggers the yeast. I have heard it said by people having this problem before, but never put it to myself, I mean related my problems to chocolate. Well. Let's be clear about this. Felt good yesterday and into the evening, had chocolate Vega before I went to bed. Sleep was light, but that is because of the VNS being turned up to high. I had another chocolate Vega this morning, and brother, I tell ya, I am suffering again. An to think of how I used to eat the stuff. I looked back into the blog and I used to think that the chocolate would help me get through the depression. I know now that it sets one up for a fall if one has yeast.
Linda Allen states that to avoid it altogether.
Check out the post for 1/20/2011. I had been eating chocolate for three days before a huge fall of emotions and depression.
