Heavy Metals and Allergies

When I was tested for heavy metals, I was toxic in lead, mercury, antimony, arsenic, cesium,  nickel, rubidium, thallium, tungsten. So I was also interested in why I have hormonal and immunity problems. In a blog post that I posted just the other day, I found that heavy metals effect hormones and immunity issues. Tonight I find confirmation that heavy metals will also be one cause for allergies, of any kind.

It appears that heavy metals cause confusion in the body's immune system, and predispose the body to developing allergies. It has been my observation that those people who test positive for heavy metal toxicities also tend to have reactions to many more allergens than people who do not have heavy metal toxicities. By far the most common heavy metals that are problematic are mercury and lead, but cadmium, thallium, and a host of other metals can show up as well.

Mercury toxicity appears to most commonly be related to amalgam dental fillings, exposure to thimersol (a preserving agent used in vaccines and various liquid solutions used in medicine), and industrial mercury exposure. Although there has been much concern in recent years regarding mercury contamination of seafood, I have not found seafood consumption to be related to mercury toxicity in my patients. Most people probably do not consume enough mercury contaminated seafood for it to create toxicity issues. Click here for Source of this information.

Heavy metals cause Estrogen Problems and Immune Problems

From the website www.clarysageorganics.com

DEPRESSION

Frequently depression is related to adrenal or sex hormone imbalances. Lower than normal levels of DHEA, cortisol, testosterone, estrogen or progesterone will trigger a biochemically-induced depression. Hormonal imbalances cause immune suppression, which opens the door to chronic infections. In the digestive system, one of the well-established side effects of food intolerances and food allergies is depression. Inefficient protein digestion deprives the body of amino acids needed to manufacture key neurotransmitters. In the detoxification system, the inability to eliminate harmful chemicals or heavy metals from body tissues allows these toxins to build up to harmful levels. Many of these substances, such as mercury, have an affinity to and easily penetrate brain tissue. Build-up of heavy metals damages brain cells and can cause depression.Link

The next information is concerned with the reason of miscarriages: High heavy metals causes low immunity and low progesterone.(low hormones are one probable cause of miscarriage) Now I have low immunity, and low progesterone levels. My doctor has told me that my level of metals are about average for the patients that he sees even though they are elevated. But he sees people that are already sick. Also he does admit that some people are more sensitive to the metals than are others. Here is the link ., What I took the information from is this
In the first full paragraph:  "The heavy metal-induced

immunological changes may interfere with the

physiological adaptation of the immune system to the

state of pregnancy with the result of a miscarriage."

Heavy Metal Cleanse

I bought the heavy metal cleanse that is made by the same people that make my probiotic Sun Flora. I did so because I think that mold, which I suspect that I have,  is held to your body by heavy metals, which I know that I have.
Another symptom of heavy metals in your body is seeing halos around lights at night. This has sways been me.
I went through detox with Dr. F before. Eyesight improved, mood stabilized a bit but I was never tested to determine what amount I had left in me.  That is why I don'want to go back to him.  He won't finish the protocol and retest. He retested with the visual contrast test and not the DSMA challenge, which I paid for and want completed. I would have to pay 100.00 to see Dr F and then 100.00 to have him interpet the test.  Maybe even 150.00 each time. The difference in fees was offered to me because I had been a patient before.
He should have tested me while I was under the first contract.
I am thinking of going to a Dr Colbert here in Orlando.

Heavy metals increases mold!

I have seen a video in Dr. Isaac's that states that heavy metals hold mold to the body. I have been investigating that yeast turns into mold in the body.

4 oz of Low-Glycemic Food and Results

Just 4 oz of low-glycemic fruit was enough to have the symptoms of ear popping, blurry vision, indigestion, constipation, depressive sluggishness. Just that amount!
Also when I eat these sugary foods with the correct other foods the effects of the good foods is decreased to nothing. I am so sensitive to the sugar in these foods that it cripples my whole system.
I am trying oil of oregano. This oil stops yeast. At least controls it. But it is too soon to determine if it is helping. It has only been two days. I saw Dr. Fernandez and we are going to do a Dr. Fernandez program for one month staring tomorrow. Then I will be tested for heavy metals again.I am to finish liver, builder, and liver and gall bladder support off in a few days. I will be finished with them. On to the next stage. He also told me not to lose any more weight, but to concentrate on building muscle mass to get leaner. I don't know how not to lose weight, not being able to eat any sugary foods. But we will try to find out with his help.

The Nutritionist is Working!

When I started this blog I knew that I did not write enough to have a following. But I wrote to document what I thought would be substantial events that would mark my way to depression free life.
I have made several discoveries since I started with the nutritionist and chiropractor.
I have lead in my system. In order to detox I am on several things. Basically a lot of green foods. Herbs such as cilantro, turmeric. I eat a lot of garlic and onions.

Occasionally. I over do it, and pull out to much lead into the system and suffer greatly for it.
Bentonite clay is a natural clay, very large surface molecules and will bind the heavy metals to itself. Then as the fluids are increased as one drinks pure water the lead is washed out of the system and the body begins to heal. When sweat is added to the mix and one sweats profusely the toxins continue to pour out. I have a sauna suit which I wear after I take a hot bath.

Heating up the body core and making oneself sweat is central to the detox. But I always hated exercise. So twenty minute baths and then crawling into the plastic suit, then under a quilt makes me sweat. The hotter the bath the redder the feet, the better the sweat. Usually it helps a lot to do this.

Heavy Metals are stored deep within muscles and bones and when pulled out with clay, or other substances they re poison the body. The effect usually takes 3 to five days to get through. This is why detox is hard. But knowing that you have pulled out poison in order to rid yourself of it, withstanding the depression is easier.

Part of my depression was that I never knew why I was depressed.
I was never told:
You may have allergens
You may have inflammation in the body
Your body pH balance is wrong.
You may have Heavy Metals in your body
You may have fungus in the body.
You may have unknown infections in your body ( dental, in colon)
Your digestion may be screwed up, not being able to digest protein
Your immune system may be messed up. Immunity would stop problems like cancer, colds and other viruses that may be in your system.
You may have pesticides that are in your system.

Pesticides are neurotoxins for bugs. They were actually created during WWII to shoot at the enemy. They called it chemical
warfare. After the war the scientist and their companies wanted to continue to sell this poisonous crap so they marketed it so that bugs would be killed through damaging the nervous system. That's fine for the bugs. Not for humans
I also have problems with this. I tried to "bomb" the kitchen for roaches. I got very sick the next three days. Stupid me. I tried to clean up the aftermath with no gloves on the hands and no footwear.Walking in it barefoot. I had done this in the past. Don't we all walk in our homes with no footwear after a bug bomb? The residue stays on the furniture and carpet, well, forever, right? Absorption city occurred. Sickness in the form of intense anxiety and some depression occurred the very next day. This lasted for about 3 days.
I have been going through all of this list above for months and although I have down turns, usually through my own ignorance, I can use my brain more rationally now than before.
