Pest Control the Natural Way

I am extremely allergic to pesticides. Living in Florida causes me no headache in the house with roaches and fleas.  Mostly roaches for the pet products that keep the cat free of fleas don't seem to harm me if I don't touch them. There is no smell to those products. But if I try to "bomb" the house with Raid, or another rather cheap brand, well even wrapped up in plastic clothing and wearing goggles and a hat and mask I get sick. Just about a half hour worth of breathing through a mask and I am sick for three days. Intense depression and anxiety. So I have not sprayed for about 6 to 8 months. I can't take it anymore. In the rainy season it is simply horrible in the amount of roaches that are in and around the kitchen and bath. I am not a dirty person, it is just an old house and Florida conditions. So I am trying something else.
Something called  eco-friendlypestcontrol (link below)
Here is the email from them:

Thank you for your enquiry. Our products are naturally based just for sensitive accounts like yours. The roaches themselves are very bad for allergies and other respatory problems. They have a dandure that stays in the air. Like I said our products are natural so they have a slight smell. It smells a bit like rosemary and thyme. The product line we use is "ECO Smart" @prentiss .com and Mother Earth @BASF.com. you could contact them and do a little more research. You do need to know that being natural it will take a while to kill the roaches.Even the strong stuff doesn't kill them right away.
    Thanks Eco-Friendly Pest Control.

I have severe allergies, and am very sensitive to many smells and chemicals. Is there a way that I could check out how your product would affect me before I have you treat my house? It is now over run with roaches and I have had it, but am afraid that if you treat it and I am unable to live in it for any length of time, well, I would have done myself a disservice. Please help me.

and from the Envinico website
Dear Ms.Matthews,
Thank you for contacting us.If your pest management professional can provide you with the name(s) of the Eco smart product they are using then we can direct you to the correct product page on our web site.

Detox, Detox and Again, Detox

I have to realize that I am allergic or sensitive to many different major foods. And list follows

  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Wheat or Gluten
  • Soy
  • Shellfish
  • Fish
  • Nuts and Peanuts
  •  Herbs, ie lemon balm
  • Mucus causing food like soft goat cheese
The fact that when I eat these things the body throws mucus around organs that are inflamed because of the irritation caused by these foods. The mucus is put there to soothe the organs, but so much of it causes break down in the system(s) in the body. I am so allergic that a relatively small amount of the foods can cause anything from swelling, tingling, red and blurry eyes, depression, anxiety.
So the body tries to push the toxins out and the skin itches, lymph glands hurt. Pimples occur on the body as well. If I get constipated which seems to happen when I eat these foods , it is even worse and I get to where it is difficult to function mentally. DEPRESSION sets in. But this also occurs with to a lessor degree with chemicals, food additives, preservatives. Known toxins in this group:
  • MSG
  • pesticides
  • artificial sweeteners  and sugar alcohols, maltidextrose
  • lavender in contact with skin oil of lavender.

Pesticide in the House Update

I have been looking for a type of pesticide that I could use in the house. I found this site locally. Dr. Dan has looked it over and says that he would recommend it.

"This website is exactly what I've been looking for! It looks like they are
hitting the bullseye. Thank you so much for researching and sending...i will
be certain to share with patients..."Dan Yachter, Chiropractor, Lake Mary

Pesticide in the House

Recovery from What?
I sprayed pesticide in my home last week (actually week of April 9th) I knew that I might get sick from it. But I had caffeine as well and a lot of meat. All of these things together ended in depression.
Here is how I have determined this fact.
I was very careful in handling the pesticide. But even wearing gloves and a face mask I could not stop the intense immersion of fumes that the interior of the home experienced.
Next, I had been eating relatively small amounts of meat. Until the night after I used the pesticide, that night I just stuffed myself.  Meat is harder to pass through the system, blocking the elimination of toxins.
Then, I had caffeine. Something that seems to trigger depression before, but not noted, not written about alone. Only as it is included in chocolate. There is another problem with chocolate covered in another post.

The Nutritionist is Working!

When I started this blog I knew that I did not write enough to have a following. But I wrote to document what I thought would be substantial events that would mark my way to depression free life.
I have made several discoveries since I started with the nutritionist and chiropractor.
I have lead in my system. In order to detox I am on several things. Basically a lot of green foods. Herbs such as cilantro, turmeric. I eat a lot of garlic and onions.

Occasionally. I over do it, and pull out to much lead into the system and suffer greatly for it.
Bentonite clay is a natural clay, very large surface molecules and will bind the heavy metals to itself. Then as the fluids are increased as one drinks pure water the lead is washed out of the system and the body begins to heal. When sweat is added to the mix and one sweats profusely the toxins continue to pour out. I have a sauna suit which I wear after I take a hot bath.

Heating up the body core and making oneself sweat is central to the detox. But I always hated exercise. So twenty minute baths and then crawling into the plastic suit, then under a quilt makes me sweat. The hotter the bath the redder the feet, the better the sweat. Usually it helps a lot to do this.

Heavy Metals are stored deep within muscles and bones and when pulled out with clay, or other substances they re poison the body. The effect usually takes 3 to five days to get through. This is why detox is hard. But knowing that you have pulled out poison in order to rid yourself of it, withstanding the depression is easier.

Part of my depression was that I never knew why I was depressed.
I was never told:
You may have allergens
You may have inflammation in the body
Your body pH balance is wrong.
You may have Heavy Metals in your body
You may have fungus in the body.
You may have unknown infections in your body ( dental, in colon)
Your digestion may be screwed up, not being able to digest protein
Your immune system may be messed up. Immunity would stop problems like cancer, colds and other viruses that may be in your system.
You may have pesticides that are in your system.

Pesticides are neurotoxins for bugs. They were actually created during WWII to shoot at the enemy. They called it chemical
warfare. After the war the scientist and their companies wanted to continue to sell this poisonous crap so they marketed it so that bugs would be killed through damaging the nervous system. That's fine for the bugs. Not for humans
I also have problems with this. I tried to "bomb" the kitchen for roaches. I got very sick the next three days. Stupid me. I tried to clean up the aftermath with no gloves on the hands and no footwear.Walking in it barefoot. I had done this in the past. Don't we all walk in our homes with no footwear after a bug bomb? The residue stays on the furniture and carpet, well, forever, right? Absorption city occurred. Sickness in the form of intense anxiety and some depression occurred the very next day. This lasted for about 3 days.
I have been going through all of this list above for months and although I have down turns, usually through my own ignorance, I can use my brain more rationally now than before.
