Ann Frahm's Battle

I am battling other issues besides depression as well. Life is not a one issue affair. I have a thickening in the left breast. I am studying the Gerson Therapy (in hopes of finding relief from my constant allergies) and also have run across the story below. It was in an email sent to me by a friend.
I heard Ann Frahm speak years ago. She had a book out on how to rid of cancer and
had followed with a book how not to get cancer. She had chemo and 5 weeks to live.
She was cancer free at the end of those 5 weeks!
You have to read her story! http://curezone.com/diseases/cancer/cancer_anne_frahm.asp
She and her husband have a clinic in CO. Please refer this to anyone who has cancer and its
affects on the body!  She was leaching the chemo and had fungus from head to toe from all
the antibiotics.  Perhaps something from it will help you.
I have her books but its been years since I skimmed thru them. She has or had products to
sell too.

Update to testimony

I gave my testimony last night (April 4th) at the first patient appreciation dinner for Thrive chiropractic. It was the blog entry of a few days ago. The testimony I wrote in August 2010 for Dr. Dan. Of course I added updates and insights as to what was happening six months since I wrote that piece.

I have written about the smoothie that I have been on, and hope that if anybody reads about it that they will try it, for it really does work and I have more energy, and positive energy for most of the day now. I am working on getting more hours out of the day. And more out of the hours. That is one up date.

Another is that I have too much mold in my system and the rainy weather is no help. Dr Dan confirmed that this type of weather causes the situation to flare up. I always knew that the rainy summer months caused depression, and I thought it was lack of the sun. Could it be both? It rains each and every day here in Florida in the summer. And I work outside and end up wet, soaked at times. Clammy skin and wet feet. This could cause the depression in the summer. So I am working to clear up the mold by using oregano spray, and using tea tree oil mixed with either grape seed or olive oil rubbed on my feet. There is fungus on my skin which the tea tree oil is quick to stop. I apply the tea tree oil straight on to the skin across the breast where it is. Tea tree oil can’t be taken internally,so I use it this way. I also rub the tea tree oil on my gums to help the inflammation that is present around my teeth. Then I spit it out. I don’t know where this inflammation comes from, but it may be something in the lower intestine. Digestive problems can show up in the gums and Teresa Embrey, the woman who did the Live Microscopy on the blood in November, stated that I had a toxic lower intestine.

I, with God’s blessing, patience and perserveance will continue to track this dis-ease. And give insight here in this blog.

Ultimate Flora the probiotic

I have been looking into doing blood testing to determine what foods I am allergic to. Costly. I am now trying a new probotic (Ultimate Flora Adult formaula) to kill the yeast in my system. I have fungus on my skin, so I have it in my body as well. Yeast is a fungus, right? Well just after two days I feel better. So we will see. I have a nutritionist, but he did not even ask to see any skin problems I might have, or to catergorize the symptoms that I told him about that I had researched. Finally after a live blood microscopy that said I had it, he relented and put me on some stuff that I had tried before some months ago. That stuff did a little for me at that time, but not what this probiotic has done in about two days. And I have months to go. I think I will wait on the blood test for allergic food reactions and see what repairing my gut does.

Detox Kit from Designs for Health Probable Cause

Yesterday I suffered more depression and panic than I have in a long time. At the beginning of it I thought it was a reaction from the on coming fungus in the feet.
But this was over all itching of skin aching in the lymph glands. To much detox at once. I skipped the Sunday night dose and Monday altogether. I am doing better now. The whole skin itching is better, depression is much less. I will tell Dr. Fernandez when I see him tomorrow.
Meanwhile a new pair of work shoes that are the croc type, thus waterproof, were bought. The athletic foot infestation never came. This is good news. The immune system did work that time.

The Nutritionist is Working!

When I started this blog I knew that I did not write enough to have a following. But I wrote to document what I thought would be substantial events that would mark my way to depression free life.
I have made several discoveries since I started with the nutritionist and chiropractor.
I have lead in my system. In order to detox I am on several things. Basically a lot of green foods. Herbs such as cilantro, turmeric. I eat a lot of garlic and onions.

Occasionally. I over do it, and pull out to much lead into the system and suffer greatly for it.
Bentonite clay is a natural clay, very large surface molecules and will bind the heavy metals to itself. Then as the fluids are increased as one drinks pure water the lead is washed out of the system and the body begins to heal. When sweat is added to the mix and one sweats profusely the toxins continue to pour out. I have a sauna suit which I wear after I take a hot bath.

Heating up the body core and making oneself sweat is central to the detox. But I always hated exercise. So twenty minute baths and then crawling into the plastic suit, then under a quilt makes me sweat. The hotter the bath the redder the feet, the better the sweat. Usually it helps a lot to do this.

Heavy Metals are stored deep within muscles and bones and when pulled out with clay, or other substances they re poison the body. The effect usually takes 3 to five days to get through. This is why detox is hard. But knowing that you have pulled out poison in order to rid yourself of it, withstanding the depression is easier.

Part of my depression was that I never knew why I was depressed.
I was never told:
You may have allergens
You may have inflammation in the body
Your body pH balance is wrong.
You may have Heavy Metals in your body
You may have fungus in the body.
You may have unknown infections in your body ( dental, in colon)
Your digestion may be screwed up, not being able to digest protein
Your immune system may be messed up. Immunity would stop problems like cancer, colds and other viruses that may be in your system.
You may have pesticides that are in your system.

Pesticides are neurotoxins for bugs. They were actually created during WWII to shoot at the enemy. They called it chemical
warfare. After the war the scientist and their companies wanted to continue to sell this poisonous crap so they marketed it so that bugs would be killed through damaging the nervous system. That's fine for the bugs. Not for humans
I also have problems with this. I tried to "bomb" the kitchen for roaches. I got very sick the next three days. Stupid me. I tried to clean up the aftermath with no gloves on the hands and no footwear.Walking in it barefoot. I had done this in the past. Don't we all walk in our homes with no footwear after a bug bomb? The residue stays on the furniture and carpet, well, forever, right? Absorption city occurred. Sickness in the form of intense anxiety and some depression occurred the very next day. This lasted for about 3 days.
I have been going through all of this list above for months and although I have down turns, usually through my own ignorance, I can use my brain more rationally now than before.
