READ what it says which includes you may only have a couple of the symptoms when you read the outcome remedies to take. The 1st is usually the right one but like I said if it is not meant to help you it will not harm you!EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!YOU CANNOT MIX CAFFEINE WITH REMEDIES OR MINT--THEY WILL COUNTERACT THEM.
