My cousin, Cassie, has the same problems, but she has anxiety instead of depression.
Same ear popping, or fullness, inflammation in system, same sensitivity in response to exterior irritants. It comes from the yeast. I looked up the Beyond Probiotic booklet to give it to Dr Dan my chiropractor and I could not find it on the internet. I did find the author, but not the booklet, yet.
Dr. Dan is giving his Extreme Make Over series again. All new information. He gives it about every six months. Last time I was just coming off my medications. Three antidepressants and thyroid and cholestoral meds. Now I have been off them for six months. All through nutrition and chiropractic care. And the detox. We must remember to rid the body of those infernal chemicals that do it harm. Sugar is the problem for me for it increases the yeast and molds in the body.
Now the chiropractic brings the bones back into alignment and the spine can send those healing messages to the body that the body so needs. It seems that when I started my spine was straight at my neck. It should of had an "S" curve in it. Because it did not it was stretching the brain stem down into the spinal column and literally pulling the brain down into the spine. OUCH!. That cut off blood and info coming from the brain to the rest of the body. The rest of the body really suffered.
Then I was toxic with lead, and other metals. My water had to many chemicals in it as well. Chlorine as well. Chlorine kills even the good bacteria in the intestines and the intestines can not digest food correctly when it does not have the right bacteria. So I got a water filter.
I learned how to cook with all the right foods. The ones that detox and cut inflammation. Garlic and onions, cilantro.
Fennel cuts mold. Sage, rosemary, all spice all help seritonin to be made. That's the amino acid that lifts depression. And Turkey. That produces tryptophan and that is a building block to seritonin.
None of this stuff worked before. I was poisoning myself with sugars day in day out. Breads, pasta, fruits ( both high and low sugars) and I had so much of the inflammation that that caused in me that I was constantly suffering.
And my psychiatrist told me the depression would always be there. Well, of course it would if I depended on him, he wants my money. So does the drug companies.
Yes, let's keep the patient ignorant of what is the real problem. And let us keep their money. The real problem is a sickness in the body and the depression is a symptom of the sickness.
The real problem is allergies, inflammation, yeast, mold, acidic foods, or outside factors of chemicals, and food preservatives polluting the body. But the brain reacts to this flood of contaminants with anxiety, depression, ADHA, and a host of other brain dis-eases.
