Further continuance with Clean

I am continuing to read the Book Clean and have changed my eating habits to do two liquid meals a day. Two alkaline smoothies a day, one in the morning and at dinner. The mid day meal is heaviest, with a salad or other raw type meal with beans or fish as the protein. I try to eat nothing for twelve hours after the last meal. I am bad at eating just before bed. So this is the goal for me. To stop the late eating and let the body detox. Food needs four hours to digest, and then eight hours to detox over night. The bowels need to move after every meal. Mine do not. That is part of the problem. Toxins need to leave the body in order for healing to begin.
