Update to testimony

I gave my testimony last night (April 4th) at the first patient appreciation dinner for Thrive chiropractic. It was the blog entry of a few days ago. The testimony I wrote in August 2010 for Dr. Dan. Of course I added updates and insights as to what was happening six months since I wrote that piece.

I have written about the smoothie that I have been on, and hope that if anybody reads about it that they will try it, for it really does work and I have more energy, and positive energy for most of the day now. I am working on getting more hours out of the day. And more out of the hours. That is one up date.

Another is that I have too much mold in my system and the rainy weather is no help. Dr Dan confirmed that this type of weather causes the situation to flare up. I always knew that the rainy summer months caused depression, and I thought it was lack of the sun. Could it be both? It rains each and every day here in Florida in the summer. And I work outside and end up wet, soaked at times. Clammy skin and wet feet. This could cause the depression in the summer. So I am working to clear up the mold by using oregano spray, and using tea tree oil mixed with either grape seed or olive oil rubbed on my feet. There is fungus on my skin which the tea tree oil is quick to stop. I apply the tea tree oil straight on to the skin across the breast where it is. Tea tree oil can’t be taken internally,so I use it this way. I also rub the tea tree oil on my gums to help the inflammation that is present around my teeth. Then I spit it out. I don’t know where this inflammation comes from, but it may be something in the lower intestine. Digestive problems can show up in the gums and Teresa Embrey, the woman who did the Live Microscopy on the blood in November, stated that I had a toxic lower intestine.

I, with God’s blessing, patience and perserveance will continue to track this dis-ease. And give insight here in this blog.

Alkaline Smoothie from Dine Alkaline

On November 2, 2010 I had a live blood microscopy by Tereas Embry as noted in the blog entry http://mylifemyreflections.blogspot.com/search?q=Teresa+Embry Let me Let me tell you just what she did. She took a finger prick of blood and analysed it through her knowledge and computer. She has been schooled in this for many years. Of the blood that she took, one part is looked at while still wet and another part is allowed to dry on to a slide. She can see things like irregular cell sizes, parasites, mold, fungus, lactic and uric acids, hormonal problems, adrenal problems, toxic metal problems, too much protein, and some yeast and the small in testine was toxic. My chlorophyll was very low and I was acidic. She told me to start on a smoothie that would alkaline my body. And indeed it has alkalized my body.
The smoothie recipe was very simple.
Avocado, spinach, and peeled and de-seeded cucumber where the main ingredients. For the liquid to combine it all, you would use almond milk. Some ice chips to chill it. Now I add some of the good fats for my brain health. Udo's, hemp oils are what I use mostly. I throw in some frozen strawberries and blueberries. I use a couple of scoops of the Vega whole food supplement powder, which gives me the protein that I need. I throw all this into a Magic Bullet mini blender and breakfast is prepared. Every once in awhile I have this smoothie in the afternoon or evening when
I 've had to skip a meal during the day and want  just want a little something.
The effects have been amazing! Better brain function, less depression, in fact. I think that there are less wrinkles around my mouth and lower face and chin area. The skin is regaining collagen and youthfulness. I know that alkalizing the body has greatly added to the level of health that I am now experiencing

Live Microscopy done on 11/2/2010

I had the live microscopy done by Teresa Embry . It was amazing. Really. She could put a sample of my blood on a slide and look at it under a microscope and the image of the live blood appear on the screen of the attached computer. She showed me how the blood needs cleansing, alkalizing, and what other things were in the plasma. Things like uric acid, latic acid, yeast, sugar. How yeast was being pushed out of the cells. How the cells were mis-shapened and irregular. We discussed how these things got there and what to eat to stop this. The dried blood tests were interesting. I still had metals in my system. I have adrenal, liver and kidney stress. And she could tell be certain markers in the blood that I have had a tremendous amount of  emotional stress lately (two funerals). She could see problems in the sex hormones (confirmed by the latest thermogram). Colon walls needed cleaning.
All this with just the blood. But then the blood goes everywhere, picks up everything. What wonders that it would be this information packed, and we are just now learning how to read it this well. This type of testing has been around for years, just now it is connected to a computer and one can see what the tech sees under the lense of the microscope so that it can be seen and discussed in real time. Just amazing.
I asked her why it isn't a standard in medical practice in stead of being labeled alternative. She said that insurance will not cover it, and people are afraid of "new" techniques. This had been around  for about 50 years.

Scott and Char Shallenberger, fellow health seekers

I have been looking for Scott for several months, for he has suffered all his life with much the same problems as I. I met him at my job and lost track of him until just a few days ago. Here is my facebook comment.
Scott:
I have been detoxing and rebuilding myself, spiritually and psychically. I am now off of all medications for 9 plus months and am still healing. I have found two places in Heathrow and Lake Mary, north of here, that are helping me greatly, ...with info and testing, but still not exactly what I want. The chiropractor that I see is having a "Extreme Make Over" a presentation, like a lecture, on Nov. 20th in Lake Mary. It is for four hours and is at The Gathering Place (a church)The church has a great auditorium. It would help you, I know, or maybe you are passed that, I do not know, but It is a free event. I can give you more info if you want. It is for four hours and has been of tremendous help for me in knowledge and support. The other is in Heathrow at the Heathrow Anti-Aging Clinic. I go there for Thermograms for my breasts. Instead of mamograms . But they have detox foot baths. I have not had one, but you said that they are great. They are 45 a session, and she wants to sell 10 sessions. She says that it takes that many to detox yearly. Do you know of any other place around here that does it?
Also I am going to have a live microscopy done of my blood to determine what else is further wrong with it. As to what remains to detox from it.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Hi to Char.
